Outsourcing of SWM Services (Along with Available Resources) For Tehsil Bhawana

Outsourced solid waste management for Tehsil Bhawana is the largest single contract in the company's schedule. It is not a construction package with bins attached: it is a service that has to perform every morning, in every union council, and be evidenced to the client the same day.

Al-Meezan took over the tehsil complete with the available public resources, which is the harder version of this work. Existing vehicles, existing sanitary workforce and existing routes all had to be absorbed and brought up to contract standard rather than replaced with a fresh fleet.

Operations cover door-to-door collection, mechanical sweeping, containerised transfer and disposal at designated sites, with workforce attendance and vehicle movement recorded daily rather than estimated at month end.
