The division
How our construction division works
Al-Meezan's construction division delivers turnkey civil and building works for government clients: pilgrim facilities, sports venues, government office buildings, residential development infrastructure and water retention structures.
Construction work in Pakistan is won on documentation as much as on capability. Our teams work to departmental specification, third-party consultant supervision and audited measurement from the first bill of quantities through to defect liability.
Because we own our plant and operate our own transport, we do not lose programme time to subcontractor availability. That is the difference between a project that finishes on schedule and one that carries into the next fiscal year.
