Core Management

The people who answer for the work

Three directors carry contractual responsibility for PKR 23.8 billion of awarded work across 63 contracts. Engineering, operations and finance. Everything the company signs, one of them signs for.

Board of directors

Engineering-led, personally accountable

Public contracting rewards firms whose decision-makers understand both the technical scope and the commercial file. Ours is a board led by qualified engineers who have run projects themselves.

On a PEC Category CAcontract the director's signature is not a formality. It carries personal responsibility for the standard of the work, the accuracy of the measurement and the integrity of the record that follows it into audit.

Beyond the board

Depth where the contract is actually delivered

A director's signature does not pour concrete or clear a union council at six in the morning. What carries a public contract is the layer underneath: resident engineers, site supervisors, quantity surveyors, workshop staff and operations managers who are on the ground every day.

Al-Meezan runs its own permanent technical and operations staff rather than assembling a team per tender. That continuity is what lets us hold quality and documentation standards steady from one contract to the next.
